  • As a courtesy, we accept all insurance plans and we are happy to file claims for you, on your behalf!

  • With that being said, it is patient responsibility to review your policy handbook and understand your individual coverage. 

  • Our doctors do not diagnose treatment based on your insurance benefits. In fact, they do not know who or what your coverage is. They are here to diagnose and treat what is clinically best for YOU. 

  • We do our very best to estimate patient copays on treatment diagnosed. But again, this is only an estimation and we recommend you verify your coverage and copays with your individual policy.
